Your address, for mailing membership related information only.

​The main purpose of this data collection is to manage the register of members who have joined the association, as well as the collection of contributions.

The secondary purpose is for official communications from the association about events or announcements.

​The mentioned data will be processed to process the contractual relationship. The processing of data is based on Art. 6 para. 1 lit. b DSGVO. The retention period is limited to the purpose of the contract and, if available, statutory and contractual retention requirements.


2. TRANSFER OF PERSONAL DATA

​Your data will never be communicated to third parties by SHPP.


3. DURATION OF DATA STORAGE

The data collected will be stored by us as long as necessary for the performance of the contracts we have entered into, or you have not exercised your right to cancellation or your right to transfer data to another company.

For example, we use cookies to statistically record and evaluate the use of our website and to optimize our offer for you. These cookies allow us to automatically recognize when you visit our website again that you have already been with us. These cookies are automatically deleted after a defined time. Only members of the SHPP committee will be able to access your personal data. Other members if, during your registration, you have consented to share your data with other members.


6. HOW LONG WILL YOUR DATA BE STORED FOR?

Your data is kept throughout the membership period of the association.
In the event of resignation, the data will be destroyed on the date of the resignation receipt.


7. HOW CAN YOU EXERCISE YOUR RIGHTS WITH REGARD TO PERSONAL DATA (e.g. RIGHT OF ACCESS, DELETION, CORRECTION, ETC.)?
